Towards a
Sustainable Future
We aim to do everything possible to support a sustainable environment. We use no pesticides on our crops and gardens, use solar power wherever possible, capture rain water in tanks and a dam, operate self-sufficient waste water systems and recycle all our kitchen waste, paper and glass. But our most important contribution to the environment is the regeneration of our wonderful 'Cedarvale' rainforest, a significant remnant of the original Big Scrub.
